Accuracy standards
We aim for every number and claim on this site to be accurate as of the date published. Market statistics are drawn from public and industry sources we believe to be reliable, and we state the basis for figures wherever practical. Where a figure could not be verified, we say so rather than guess, and we update dated content as new information becomes available.
Reviews and testimonials
Testimonials shown on this site come from real clients. They are never bought or exchanged for business, and we do not edit them in ways that change the client’s meaning. We identify reviews as client reviews.
Editorial independence
This site is a real estate service site. We name local businesses, programs, and partners only when they are genuinely useful to the reader, and we disclose relationships where they exist. Nothing on this site is paid placement disguised as editorial content.
