Home Affordability
What price range can you afford?
This affordability calculator works out the top of your home price range using your gross income, monthly debts, down payment, and the taxes and insurance common across South Florida. It applies the standard 28% front-end and 36% back-end debt guidelines (per Fannie Mae underwriting standards) so you shop with a realistic budget.
