Get to know Michael Wisniewski

I currently live in South Florida. I am a dog dad to Gigi and Coco, and I have been with my girlfriend, Trixie, for over 19 years, 2 months, and 21 days. When I am not working, I enjoy all things Florida: the beach, the ocean, wave runners, boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, paddleboards, kayaks, walking, staying fit, and just about any Florida outdoor activity. There is a reason they call it the Sunshine State.

I grew up in Michigan, where I learned Midwest values and to live by the Golden Rule: treating others as you want to be treated, in life and in business. I am definitely the person I am today because of how I was raised, with lots of love, discipline, and value-based beliefs. I am hard-working, trustworthy, compassionate, caring, and giving, and I am known for going above and beyond, placing my clients' interests above all else, and being selfless.

I started working for my father early in life, and that taught me respect, responsibility, and integrity. The summer before my freshman year of high school, I worked for a local business, putting in more than 100 hours a week, with some weeks topping 120. I made great friends, relationships, and memories that summer, and I carried the life lessons with me into everything since.

I have been in property management and real estate since the beginning of my adult life. From my early days of fix-and-flip investments, I kept expanding my knowledge: property management, developing land, building homes, and helping clients. In every situation, I looked for a way to solve the problem people had in their life. That is why I am known as The Life Transition Specialist.

Through years as a fix-and-flip investor, land developer, home builder, and real estate agent, I have experienced almost every situation in the real estate world, the ups and the downs, so I can guide clients through transactions with ease. I enjoy the process and I know how to handle each situation that presents itself.

My goal is to help my clients get the best results possible by advising, educating, and providing accurate, up-to-date real estate information to assist with buying, selling, investing, or renting real estate in Florida. Real estate is the best investment one can make to grow wealth, whether it is your primary residence or an investment property.

My grandpa told me at a young age that the number one thing to invest in is land, for it is the only thing God is not making any more of. And the number two thing to invest in is education and knowledge, for it is the only thing they cannot take away from you, and when used right, it can overcome any obstacle.

Today, I am grateful to be helping people from the Treasure Coast to South Florida as The Life Transition Specialist, providing service above and beyond a client's expectations. I take one day off a week of work, and I spend it enjoying Florida outdoor adventures and creating memories with my family.
